How does the league work?Bettors will be placed into a season-long league and will compete against each other with their favorite bets. Players will submit picks throughout the entirety of the season. The ABL season will begin with week one of the NFL and end with the NBA Finals. The order of the standings will be based on the total amount of units made. Players will compete in the regular season to become the #1 seed and a first-round bye in the playoffs. The playoffs will then be a head-to-head single-elimination tournament. Playoff matchups will last one full week and the player up the most units at the end of the week wins. Compete against other sports bettors and enjoy a chance to be the first champion of the ABL!

What are the rules for placing picks?All active sports leagues are eligible for use All bet types are eligible for use (ML, spread, o/u, player props, live, etc.) Only a maximum of three pick parlays are allowed
ABOUT THE LEAGUE

Professional sports betting league
The purpose of the American Betting League is to promote peer to peer competition in the sports betting industry. Each player will submit their favorite picks in which their results will be tracked into the league standings. The order of the standings will be solely based on the total amount of units made. ABL players will compete amongst each other in a season long format, including a tournament style playoff. Player's will also compete in head-to-head matchup's throughout the regular season! Matchup winner's receive an extra two units to their total. The ABL aims to create a new way to bet on sports by competing against other bettors with your favorite picks.
The first official season will begin with week one of the 2024 NFL season and conclude with the 2025 NBA Finals. The season covers all major sports leagues including their regular seasons & playoffs. The season long format gives our players the opportunity to compete & show their betting skills across an entire season. Bet on your favorite sports, bet against other players, and move your way up the standings for a chance to be the first ABL Champion!
